How To Submit a Request
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion request".
- Include the email address used on EuroBlastTech, your name, company name if relevant, order ID if you have one, and the country or state where you live.
- Tell us whether you want to delete your account, inquiry records, marketing/contact records, or all eligible personal information.
- Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request additional verification.
Verification
We may ask you to verify control of the email address, confirm order details, or provide limited information needed to match records. If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may request proof of authorization where allowed by law.
Response Timing
- For GDPR or UK GDPR requests, we aim to respond within one month unless an extension is permitted for complex requests.
- For California CCPA requests, we aim to confirm and respond within the legally required period, generally up to 45 days, with any permitted extension communicated to you.
- For other regions, we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law or, when no specific law applies, within a reasonable business period.
What We Delete
- Eligible account profile data, inquiry messages, contact records, and support records.
- Eligible order-related personal information that is no longer needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, legal claims, or regulatory compliance.
- Where relevant, we will also ask service providers that process eligible personal information for us to delete or return it according to our agreements and applicable law.
What May Be Kept
Some information may be retained when required or permitted by law, including invoices, payment confirmations, tax records, customs or shipping records, fraud-prevention logs, security records, dispute records, and information needed to comply with legal obligations or enforce agreements.
Browser Data You Can Clear Yourself
- Cart contents, currency preference, and cached prices may be stored locally in your browser.
- You can remove them by clearing site data for euroblasttech.com in your browser settings.
- Clearing browser data does not delete server-side order, inquiry, account, or payment records, so email us if you want us to process a deletion request.
After Deletion
Deleted data may remain briefly in backups or logs until those systems rotate or are overwritten. We restrict use of retained backup data and do not restore it for ordinary business use unless needed for security, continuity, or legal reasons.
